A man has been placed on the sex offenders’ register after being caught trying to have sex with a bicycle.
Bicycles now get the same protection in Scotland as pavement. I wonder if it was an underage bicycle?

Does this mean that the pavement penitrator can't go near paved roads & sidewalks, & this guy is simply barred from contact with bicycles? He could just tape two unicycles together.
