I've watched it several times. Excellent film and contains some of the most iconic images from horror film history. A great companion piece is Shadow of the Vampire. Willem Dafoe is great as Max Schreck/ Count Orlok.

I watched it Saturday afternoon myself.
Although, I'm not sure where you pulled that video from but the title cards seem to have been Americanized. Those are not the original title cards for Nosferatu.
