There are several songs out there about jumping, and playing the lot of them one after the other would be appropriate whenever some attention whore threatens to jump.

A thirty-footer can actually be an excellent punishment for holding everyone up like this.
Won't kill you (unless you have the balls for a face plant) but you can sustain injuries that will leave you forever wishing you'd made a more thorough job of it.
Sadly, this woman seems to have got off light.
