Duffy told KCCI that he's innocent, but said his personal nightmare has just begun because regardless of whether he's found guilty, the stigma attached to these kinds of charges could prevent him from practicing in Perry or Iowa ever again.

Dude, unless you already held an out of state license for just such an emergency, you're fucked pretty much anywhere else I would say as well.

And although I know Sofie is joking, I don't even look at my patients half the time when they are on the table.  I look at the wall or the floor for two reasons:
1. I don't want to be accused of some stupid shit for looking a little too long
2. Looking away helps me to concentrate on what my hands are feeling

At least in my state all he had to do was formally dismiss her as a patient and then wait three months I believe and then he could have spackled her back all he wanted if she was game.

What do you do if you have to align their kundalini or root chakra?

What?  I thought that’s what they did.  Or is it more like Rolfing, Feldenkrais, and Alexander technique?

Pardon me.  I live in a hippie town so it’s hard to keep all of the different alternative medicines straight.  Didgeridoo healing is popular now.

“Straight or a mixer?” sounds like a pick-up line.

Oh, I see.  Someone here does live in Sedona.  And someone else in Portland.  We should form a drumming circle and touch our wounded inner children.  Anyone from Taos or Big Sur?

I live in Portland.  The only drumming circle you'll get up here is the rat a tat tat of the Anarchist beating up on the local Nazi's.

Maybe I was thinking of Eugene.  But I swear I picked up a hippie vibe when I changed my oil in the Reed parking lot.
