It's called 'kids acting out adult activities', perfectly normal and perfectly innocent. For example a little girl might say 'Let's play house", the little boy says 'Ok', the girl starts bossing him around and the boy says "Fuck off, I'm out of here" and slams the imaginary door behind him.
The only obscene part is someone scheming to sell plastic Junior Pasties which are totally unnecessary and destroy the fun of having imaginary teats.

Righto. I try to avoid children. I am so lazy I married a woman who already had them and pushed them out of the nest before I arrived.
I thought first world overpopulation was rooted in religion and Disney movies but it appears to be a deeper problem.
