I've had a big problem with sinuses since I was a teen.  The only thing that has worked is good old fashioned American pharmaceuticals.  All hail Big Pharma!  I know a lot of people swear by the neti pot.  These are people who don't really have a sinus problem, though.  I have tried irrigating my sinuses, but it doesn't work for me.  Why?  You can wash some of the snot out, but since your body is awesome at making buttloads of snot on short order, you only get relief for an hour or two.
