I realize it’s hard for some women to deal with miscarriage; perhaps her husband should have given her some miscarriage jewelry as a keepsake so she wouldn’t have felt the need to keep the baby as a memento.

The woman, who lived about 30 miles east of Pittsburgh in Hempfield Township, died earlier this month.
So any place in a 30 mile radius of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania will regularly witness aberrant behaviour, is that it?
We can probably draw a fairly accurate national map of deviant hotspots by now. What's that twisted town in Maryland?

I believe you are thinking of Fredericksburg. I only know it by reputation.

I see it more like that "prayer road" thing they were trying to do with I-35. You can go from Pittsburgh, to Fredricksburg, and continue right on down until you get into "Local6 Territory."
Since Highway to Hell is a bit hackneyed, any other suggestions?

Close - it is Frederick, MD which has graced the Cruel message board several times in the past. As for why, it could have something to do with the neighbors (hint: although their web page brags about developing "medical solutions," they're also quite skilled at creating "medical problems").
