It's not about gender.  I question the credibility of the Professor.  I do not think she has the experience (credentials] to be able to honestly address this subject.

After re-reading the article I think she may have been the Constitutional consultant part of the effort or maybe she just gives good head.  Those roles could possibly reversed as well...
