It makes you wonder what these hundred million dollar salaries DO buy, if they don't buy even minimal competency, doesn't it? I might be as dishonest and incompetent as the average bank CEO -- no way of telling until I give it a go -- but I'd screw the pooch do for substantially less. Say...fifty million.
Why isn't the free market working here?
