Hey now - Nebraska is nice. Well except for the weather. It's a Red State that briefly outlawed capital punishment recently for being stupidly expensive and un-Christian. All the power utilities in Nebraska are public and they stopped the Keystone Pipeline. At the football stadium they applaud the opposing team win or lose.
That being said you best mind your manners while you're there, manners are a big deal in that area.
