Obviously Baker never got the memo that Abd al Rahim al Nashiri needed to be processed quickly and quietly and with all due "process" but without any of that annoying defense that would actually present a defense.

On the other hand, it must drive al Nashiri crazy that his defense rests with two women. But I'm sure at least he recognizes the sausage factory for what it is.
