The unregulated markets are self-regulating, in this case it is self-regulating with only the minor cost of about 10,000 jobs and a few hundred ordinary lives.
It's all good if the dividend stays high.
I don't trust self-regulation any further than I trust the catcher to be the guy calling Balls and Strikes.
