Were it not for the state’s assistance and intervention, this woman would not successfully raise her offspring to adulthood, which would have the same effect as sterilization.  What needs to happen is for the state to stop taking children away from inadequate parents and stop paying stupid people to shit in the gene pool.  Our society is making intensive efforts to select out for the least fit among us and helping them pass on their DNA to future generations.
