Rush to sterilization?
I hope now CPS will do their job....
Motorist Sondra Plunk said traffic was moving at 35 to 40 mph when one of the boys fell in front of a van one lane over and about a car length in front of her. The van fishtailed as its driver slammed the brakes and swerved around the boy.
Plunk, 44, said the boy landed on his side and then immediately popped up onto his hands and knees, staring directly into the van's headlights.
Plunk?

Lurker, you know as well as I do she has a court given right to spawn as often as she likes. The State will take these children away and any crotchfruit she produces in the future, giving them to slightly more responsible people to raise. For negroid females, letting the public pay the costs of raising offspring, or turning them over to foster care are both successful strategies for crapping in the gene pool. For negroid males, being a sperm distributor who takes no interest in his offspring is a viable reproductive strategy.

I dunno, I've read an AWFUL lot of foster-home horror stories. I think the state is shuffling these kids from one bad situation into another, in many cases.
