The girl's father, Dale Neumann, a former police officer, said he has friends who are doctors. He started CPR "as soon as the breath of life left" his daughter's body, he said.

This is so chilling on so many levels. I'm guessing he's a "former P.O." because he pulled stupid shit like this with the perps he encountered/abused. These people should be charged with willful neglect and murder, first degree. If this isn't pre-meditated (I know bad choice of words) I guess I don't know what is....Then you have the whole aspect of diabetes, did the girl inherit it, or was it due to a fucked up diet?
Anyway you look at it, the parents are guilty as sin....fucking xians should be fed to the lions.
