I see. Another conspiracy theory using Signs of the Apocalypse to de-explain science. Indeed, much of that geological and meteorological data appears valid, but the idea that the NOAA, NASA, USGS et al. are in collusion to prevent us from finding out the "truth" is ludicrous. If our axis actually tilted by a fraction of that amount, none of them would need to tell us because we'd all be dead.

I did, however, see an interesting show on PBS few months back, about changes in the Earth's magnetic fields. That, too, will suck, but while eminently survivable, none of us will likely be here to witness it.
