Ths has been done before. And to great success. The first was around 1995 a Federal inmate about to recieve parole on a  pre manditory minimum sentance advertised in the NYT, WSJ and the other national newspaers an almost identical set of qualifications. He made national news thereby recieving untold millions of advertising. He was hired for a management position by a a firm in Mill Valley down the road from me that specialized in marketting and sales consulting for silicon valley tech firms.
