Funny this should surface now and I don't mean funny ha-ha.

Libraries across the country are facing more strident community opposition and budget pressures, including the town library I can see from here across the street. They brought a lot of the pain upon themselves by arrogantly over building and overstepping their mission in flush times. Now they're perfect bewildered scapegoats for thieving office holders in need of distraction from their own felonious frauds.

I linked the following image in email to one library employee last week and ignited major hissy coniptions. I ain't welcome there now. Fuck them all if they can't take a joke. Naturally, not one of them look this or I might actually see more action than a house plant.

Someone really, really needs to change the "H" to a "T" on the next to last word on the bottom of the billboard.

Back in Alaska, the wife of one our city council members stated she never went to the library: only transients use libraries.
