Regardless of whether Ronnie negotiated the deal in advance or scared the Iranians into letting them go, the result was that he got them out. I seriously doubt that Obama will follow through on his promises to cut and run.

The Republicans betrayed the US by setting up a deal for weapons in exchange for not releasing the hostages. Once more you ignore the noble acts of your party. They could of been out a good 6 months earlier, and would of been.
If it had gone to trial, Reagan and his henchmen would still be in prison, and rightly so.

We have a lot to thank Ollie for here in Virginia. He gave a major boost to the ascendancy of the Democratic party by running for office.
