To be fair, I've noticed the "Slim Mouth Piece" in a number of US stores and infomercials. It falls into that same category of gag products as the facial/abdominal stimulators and the Derma Wands. You could always insist a girlfriend wears it at night, as payback for her making you put on those anti-snoring strips, so she can give you better head in the morning.
