Someone fixed it for me (thanks!), but I figured out that putfile just put embedded code on the site. Click the link that says "get code", and check it out.

Click the little film icon in the toolbar. Click on the media you want (i.e. YouTube). When you do this, it makes the code in brackets on either end. You erase the dummy code out of the middle, and insert the video ID. It's pretty cool.
