Surely this was a slip of the tongue.  He must have wanted to refer to the other 5%.  The assholes who are paying for everything.  Which will, in an ironic Yogi Berra way, soon include the 50% + of us who are making a middle class living.

It wouldn't take much to edit the word "households" into "assholes".  However, I do recall Obama flipping the bird while pretending to scratch his cheek when he was referring to the previous administration.
