OAKLAND -- A second-grade teacher has been placed on administrative leave amid an investigation into a report that two of his students engaged in oral sex during class and that, on a separate occasion, some children took off some of their clothing and were clowning around.
Betcha one of those kids has a crack ho for a mom and saw said mom turning tricks.

Unfortunately, kids are not reliable witnesses. I an aware of a case where the kids swore that another student exposed himself to others in hallway. Luckily there were cameras. One person shouted, "put your dick back in your pants," to embarrass another student in a crowded hallway, and of course, everyone claimed to have seen it. But it never happened.
