Waverly is not a bad section of town.  Unfortunately they utilize MTA buses to transport the little bundles of joy from ghetto to zoo and back.

When I was a teen and had to ride public transporation from my good school, past a not so good school that also shared the same bus route, I knew then to sit near the front and not fuck with the ghetto kids.  They were loud, obnoxious and confrontational.  Saying anything to them is just asking for a beat down.
