I met Mr. Ginsberg in 1967 in Denver along with Tim Leary. The meeting changed the direction of my life in many ways. Allen was obviously frisky, but respectful. I was 16 years old at the time. The three of us conversed for almost an hour, they put up with the emerging dreams of who I was to become and encouraged me. I am eternally grateful for that late afternoon at 17th & Pearl, so long ago.

I never met him per se, but I did get to spend some time with him attempting to exorcise and levitate the pentagon.  I could swear I saw it move, but clearly it fell right back into its rut.  But thank God they will now be testing testosterone levels.  That surely will help.

They had a lot of self-inflicted wounds from influenza though.
