"Sugar Bush Squirrel" is the pet of a woman named Kelly. 
"Kelly Foxton accepts the 'Great American Citation for Patriotism and World Peace' [the whaaaa?] in Washington, DC"
She lives in Boca Raton, FL, which comes as no surprise.
Kelly dresses her squirrel up in wee costumes and posts the photos on one of the most labyrinthine web sites I have ever seen.
This site is packed with jaw-dropping weirdness.
A "news update" about the JonBenet Ramsey case is accompanied by this photo:

And this is just scratching the surface.
It's not all golden by a long chalk; but I'm serious when I say there's DAYS' worth of cruising in there.

How long do squirrels live? The nutcase squirrel lady has had this site up for several years. She must be on her second or third squirrel by now, or she has a bunch of stuffed squirrels she dresses up. You need a special permit in most states in order to keep wild animals as pets, so the whole site is evidence if she didn’t get the proper permit. I don’t see this site as a hat because she updates it frequently; it was much smaller when it appeared on the Late Lamented CSOTD, probably in 2003.
