This fruitcake believes the people around her are watching her. She narrates their actions, and even believes her stalkers have access to public video cameras and helicopters to use in their quest to make her life miserable.

It's really low to belittle someone who is clearly suffering from schizophrenia. Don't misunderstand me though, I have no problem disparaging those who deserve it. The mentally ill deserve our pity and should not be fodder for the high-street cannon.

I, sometimes, have trouble differentiating schizophrenia from narcissism. I mean, I know that narcissism is the emotional basis FOR schizophrenia but, how can you tell if someone has one or both?
