Y'know, I have an idea.
Get the Koch Bros and other 1%ers to give up a few stray billion bucks.
Use the money to give poor young men in Middle East countries cars.
They will blow off steam in the form of drifting, dying in large numbers in the process.
Others will prosper from the funerals, site cleanup, and metals recycling.
Poverty and Islamic Jihad recruitment solved.
Encourage drifting almong the youth of the USA. Organs available for transplant are enhanced.

Although I like the "dying in large numbers" idea, I believe using the money to buy them prostitutes would go a long way toward rethinking suicide bombs as a path to heaven and those 72 virgins awaiting them.
