Reminds me of my dad's only joke... Dr gives a guy suppositories for his piles and tells him to take them daily for a week. Guy comes back to the doc after the week, clearly in pain, and says "Well, I took 'em every day, Doc, but for all the good they did me I might as well have shoved 'em up my ass!"
