The target audience for abortion information is not "people who surf the web". The kids already have their own networks free from the prying eyes of the fascists. This is more about scoring points before the election than actually doing any real damage.
And what is the mechanism to "outlaw" websites? Local LEOs? State Police? State Senators and Reps? Anybody with a phone or a keyboard?
