Nancy Raygun kept a “lady’s evening pistol” in her purse when she lived in DC; I would guess she coordinated her pistol with her outfit.  Perhaps pepper spray and anti-rape condoms could also be sold at these events. Saleslady holding a glass of wine:  “Dahling, you must get one of these condoms; they rip the penis to shreds and cause a simply marvelous infection.”

There's money to be made in offering a small, purse-sized pistol with interchangeable grips in different (coordinating) colours... colors that guys don't understand...  like mauve, nude and lavender.  Oh, and gotta have'em in 'leopard skin' pattern, too.   Girls dig that shit.
