The video is of the DA whose office is prosecuting the doctor.  The doctor is a minority, who primarily killed minority babies.  The doctor also attempted to show a bit of deference to the few Whites who sought his services by performing his butchery in a slightly less squalid area of his clinic.  Imagine, thirty years of killing near term minority sprogs!  Think of how much crime and multigenerational welfare dependency he prevented!  And as a bonus, his hack jobs probably sterilized the majority of his patients!
