Wow! What a coincidence, I was here a few months back when shopping for something to replace my lack luster low flow. Miso paste is used as a poop analog. At about 10$/kg, its a pricey test, but its for your comfort, so its worth every penny.

That is actually sort of fantastic. Gates is a very intelligent man, and his intentions are sometimes hard to parse; but sanitation and energy are both serious problems for most of the world.

The scale of philanthropy that Gates (and Buffet and others) commit to really is fantastic. The fact that it's done quietly only adds to my admiration.
That said, I'd prefer they stop trying to keep everyone alive. It's short sighted.
