He should be booked for cruelty to the animal control warden who had to take a 5 day dead skunk out of a box. Good thing it's winter.

I wouldn't want to attempt to remove a live skunk from a trap. Let me guess, there is law against discharging a firearm in that town, otherwise, the guy could have humanely killed the critter.
