It's a Browning Citori (obviously a special edition), I believe it is the prize given away to the winner of the annual Presidents Cup Skeet Competition. The competition is help at Camp David and is usually limited to 8th & I Marines (the Presidential guards), Aides, Secret Service and the President himself. Obviously the President only competes if schedule allows.
