I hope you all have friends who are ER doctors. They have the best stories. A friend in an ER rotation at an inner city hospital told me many years ago of some dude high on PCP who couldn't get it up. His solution was to inject epoxy into his dick. Many surgeries were required to repair the damage, no doubt on the taxpayer's dime.

I knew an ER doctor who kept a drawer of objects he removed from peoples' asses. He passed away suddenly and his coworkers found his collection in his office desk. I don't know what became of the assteroids after the initial shock and hilarity.
