What a waste that they never released the full American release.  Loved the film, but I'll not buy the new release, which is still 12 minutes or so short.

Take heart, Dusty.  The 2006 version starring Nicholas Cage sure seems to have plenty of what it would take to secure it a permanent lofty position on the "Official High-Street List of All-Time Classic Movies" - if anyone here were to ever consider it worth the bother to compile such a list.
