Nestle:  Bad coffee but standard business practices.  Oddly enough as pointed out in these articles Nestle stays mostly slightly to the correct side of ethical and never venturing into the truly horrible.  Still I'm tired of this recent spate elected governments that have never seen an M&A deal they didn't like.  I venture that the word "Monopoly" will shortly be eliminated from modern language.
