You have to admit the level of humor, calling in Bounty Hunters on the Chief of Police, is awesome. Because of the fucked up Bounty Hunter laws they weren't able to hit these guys with anything more than what amounts to a Jay-walking ticket.
Fuck Bounty Hunter laws, the last thing we need is more itchy trigger fingers in this world.
