Ummm.. yeah.  OK.   I'm kinda leery on this one.  Yeah, he looks the type, but the fact is the feds aren't charging him with anything, nothing, so far as we  know, was found and he's cooperating with the authorities.   I fail to see the smoking gun on this one, and instead I see a guy getting ruined with no chance to defend himself.
