Elitist nothing, consider fried chicken - most people get it at Denny's or KFC and think they've had fried chicken.  Then they drop by for Sunday dinner and a piece or two of Melon's Fried Chicken and find themselves in food nirvana, some actually have foodgasms.  Some foods must be done a certain way or not at all!!

Scotched Eggs fall into this group of foods.
