On the other hand, Micro$oft has been screaming for years (decades?) that there are not enough qualified American applicants applying to work for them.  Considering that M$ shuns the worker-bee techies (the technical path) for the "only working in tech until I can be a manager" drones (dark side path) this isn't surprising.  Add to it that they're famously the home of the 80 hour "voluntary" work week, how many American college grads want to go drink their Kool-aid when they can work far less for probably more money once you factor in COL in Seattle?
