The only things I don't make are the olives and pork, I'm really not into fucking animals. As we've seen from Russia, human/animal couplings really don't produce the best results.

Not if you're just using it to grease your pans with. If you're making biscuits with it, though, it really helps to have it in the fridge so it's solid enough to cut into the flour.

Mmm. Back in my church-goin' days we went down to Ejido Sonora in northern Mexico to help out a local church there and they threw us a party. There really is no substitute for real manteca in the tortillas.
