I think Trump knows that Mueller is closing in on him now, and Trump's getting increasingly desperate. I think he might be laying the groundwork to fire Mueller (and Rosenstein, most likely) and then we'll have a full blown Constitutional crisis. I can't guess which way Republicans in Congress will go.
