According to the researchers, this suggested the muscles were at an optimum position, which could well improve their strength and ability to contract.
Most women I know swear that high heels must have been invented by a man. This pretty much confirms it.

High heels are also great weapons. Many a late night coming home from the End-Up in drag, my feet hurt so much from heels, that I walked in stocking feet. The heels in hand, ready to plant them in any fucker that messed with me. Believe me, no-one messes with a drunk drag queen with stilettos in hand. As for sex, wouldn't know, I never picked anyone up in drag...oh wait, once at the Motherlode, some guy gave me a ride home, so I blew him.
