I stand on the edge of a knife blade between being absolutely horrified that a country would do this to their citizens, and wishing we had the same thing here. Too many decades of parents failing to teach their children even the basics of living in a polite society. I'd love to see the percentage of people who got banned here.

I'm with Baywolfe. I'm aghast that a country would do this (though not surprised that China would). On the other hand, there too many blatant assholes out there and nobody calls them on their bullshit. Part of me wants to pop a tire or two when I see some jackass parked across two spots.

On the other hand 6 people out of each 100,000 not being allowed on public transport isn't very big news at all, our No Fly List is much worse.
