I have very fond memories of catholic girls in skirts from my youth.  The fact that I was forbidden fruit, i.e. a proddy dog, seemed to make them... excited.

Ah.

They have to remove skirts because the girls keep hiking them up, rolling the waistline, etc. to make them shorter and in the uber-PC generation the teachers can't even address it without being in danger of a sexual harassment charge. We have uniforms in our charter school and deal with the same stuff. But like water running down hill, young ladies are going to find a way to whore-up any outfit you give them.
