We just had that family murder (mother and three children) last fall down the road a piece here. However the Beatrice Six means you are paying twice the property tax and a new sales tax because they railroaded some folks. I'd be pissed when I wrote that tax check every quarter...

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Not even sure you could sell your home and move with that hanging over the house for the next 9+ years.
