That's great.  I grew up in a hunting family, at least for awhile before my father wounded a caribou (growing up in Canada) and not being able to track it down.  He gave up hunting then.  Of course, the second amendment is not about hunting, but hunting is used sillywise by the media and Dems to frame the conversation in one iteration. (I lived later on in parts of the US where hunting was part and partial to subsistence living, everyone did it as food was an issue for many.)

If you want to remember one community defending itself under the wings of the 2nd, think back to the L.A. Riots in... 92? When Korea Town was attacked by rioters, and shop owners defended their property as the police had abandoned the area.  The Korean shop owners were largely successful in repelling the rioters.  The police are not always there, especially if you are not upper middle class or higher on the social scale...

The video makes mention of the Black Panthers occupying the Capitol in Sacramento.  That was so ballsy, and as mentioned the NRA & Reagan started the gun banning wagon.  Reminds me of the Jim Crow Laws that prohibited Blacks from owning rifles in the south.
