Actually this is one of the very few things I liked about Donny-time, we are down in most places to just advisors & instructors and I'm OK with some advisors in trouble spots.

If I read the comparisons correctly, US drone strikes in Afghanistan are at a rate equal to any time since the war began, and it has been sustained this way since 2016 -2017 for longer than any period before. Though it was cautioned that the data comes from publicly reported sources so has not been verified by the US.

Other areas appeared to have drone strikes rates that rise and fall across 3 administrations, with certain areas like Syria and Yemen having recent vast increases in last 3 years. Others like Somalia having much less. Seems to be that as we go hands off with manpower or pullout forces, the drones ramp up to 11 and keep going after we are supposedly done reducing our presence and fighting
